Subscription and Additional Purchases Terms

Lunaria, provided by Lunaria Labs (“we”, “us”), gives you personalized astrology readings and soulmate sketches. Your reading, your sketch and the other paid features of Lunaria are available by subscription.

The plans, their length and their prices are shown on the Site before you choose one. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change; the price you pay is the one shown when you buy.

Each plan starts at an introductory price for its first period. Unless it is cancelled before that period ends, it renews automatically at the plan's full price, as shown under the plans before you choose one, and keeps renewing for the same length of time until you cancel it.

A renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the current period ends. Section IV explains how to cancel.

After you choose a plan, the Site may offer add-ons to it, such as a tarot reading or a numerology plan. An add-on is a subscription of its own: it starts at the price shown with the offer and renews automatically at the full price shown there, for the period shown there, until you cancel it.

Where the Site offers one-time digital products, such as guides, they are delivered to the email address you give us. Please make sure it is correct and can receive our emails; we are not responsible for a delivery that fails because of a wrong address or a spam filter.

Everything you buy is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use, as our Terms of Use and End User License Agreement describe. Offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

The payment options available are shown at checkout. Lunaria does not collect card numbers, expiry dates, security codes, or billing addresses, and no payment is processed through this site.

You can cancel a plan or an add-on at any time by writing to support@trylunaria.com from the email address you gave us. To avoid the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you are in stays active until it ends. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period — see section V.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

If a charge looks wrong, please write to us first: we can usually resolve it faster than a bank. If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, the subscription it paid for may be suspended or ended, and we may give the payment provider the information showing that the payment was authorized.

We may change our plans, add-ons and prices. If a change affects a subscription you already have, we will tell you in advance by email or on the Site, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
